2020 Recipient: Burlington Able Sale - Volunteering in the Summer Program

District 15 Service to Others project entitled Burlington Able Sail, submitted by Jeannie Woodcroft, was awarded the $4000 grant.

BAS is a sailing program which runs in July and August giving sailing opportunities to individuals aged seven and up with physical or cognitive disabilities. This program enbles them to enhance their quality of life.

The grant was used to purchase three new sails, replacements for the worn ones.

Hopefully COVID-19 restrictions will lift/lessen and the new sails can be unfurled for the 2021 season .
